Cleaning off My Desk

I found a hole ton of pictures that the kids did while I was cleaning off my desk yesterday. Some of the pictures are from Eric's birthday (IN MAY). I am kinda embarrassed that they were still there after all of this time.

Happy/Sad

Family Home Evening the other night we did a fun activity on making choices. I gave the kids a couple of choices and they had to choose which one would make them happy or sad. It was pretty funny to see them discussing with each other why one choice or the other would make them more happy. It really turned out pretty good. Here are their pictures that they colored for our activity.
To Keira, girls should always be colored pink and boys should always be colored blue. After she realized that she accidentally colored the boy on the happy side pink, she decided it would be better for him if she just just scribble black all over him.

I thought it was interesting to see that Kaiden had colored both girls brown. Kinda cute!!

Kelsey has made her first appearance!

These are the pictures that the kids brought home from Primary last week. And yes, Kelsey has made her first appearance on this blog. She has started to go to nursery!! It is always such an exciting time. Eric was not really ready for his little girl to go to nursery and is still struggling with it. She does awesome. She has not fussed or cried even once. In fact she was try to help one of the other boys, who has been in nursery for a while now, who was crying by giving him a ball. It was way cute! Anyway, here are my kids cute pictures. Keira's

Kaiden came home from school on Friday with this certificate. He was so proud of it.

Although he can not tell me what he did to get it. HAHAHA. I plan to talk to his teacher and find out soon. He also had a check to him for $10.00. WAY COOL. If he keeps it up maybe we can quit working and just send him to school to make a living! Kaiden was so proud of himself. GOOD JOB BUDDY!!!

Heavenly Father Watches Over Me

This is a picture that Keira drew if herself. But she wanted to have straight hair so that is what she did. I love her brown skin and pink cheeks. So Cute!

Best Dad Award

The school had "Donuts with Dad" last month. Eric really looks forward to this each year. This year was no different. The boys had so much fun. Eric came home and said that Kaiden had ate 2 maple bars. That kid loves those things. For being such a picky kid you would think that he would just stick with plain old sugar or iced donuts but he just loves Maple bars. Anyway, Eric brought these pictures home that Kaiden had done. You could just see how proud Eric was. It is so cute. The letter says: I Love my Dad! My Dad love's me! His favorite color is black! He wrestles with me! My Dad loves snowmobiling! My Dad love's playing with me! I won more ______? than my Dad!
I will have to ask Kaiden what tofs is? I think it is trophies. But we will see.

Catching up with Kaiden

Here are a few things that Kaiden has been coloring lately.

This one is a picture that Kaiden drew for Dab and Mom. I thought it was sooo cute. I love Eric's bow tie and the belly shirt. HAHAHA Check him out!! Mom must not have worked out quite right the first time. Just scribble her out. It will be ok.
Next is Kaiden & Keira. Kaiden also is sporting a belly shirt and ooops NO PANTS!! In case you were wondering he wants everyone to know that this picture was "taken" before Kelsey was born. That is why she is not in it.

Catching up with Keira

Here are a few things that Keira has been coloring lately.

Can you tell who this is? It is Miley Cyrus! Keira loves Miley Cyrus. I am not really sure that she even knows who she is though.
This one is a little bit different. Notice the straight hair? It is Hannah Montana. Keira is just starting to write her letters. I think she did a great job.
This one is a self portrait. I thought it was so cute. I love the curly hair. Haha this this girl makes me laugh.
Here is a picture of our family. Mom is the hardest one to see. That is because I am in purple. Do you know why? Cuz, it is moms favorite color. That's why!
This one she was working so hard to stay inside he lines. She is very proud of the Yellow part. That is the one I did the best on she says.
This is baby Jesus. They had a lesson on baby Jesus last Sunday. Both kids came home with this same Jesus. Keira says. "Did you know that Jesus was born in the hay? Hay is not something good to be born in."
